Finding us

Take Lower Lane out of Hollins Vale for a mile; the gate is on the left after the stone bridge, by the cart. Park on the verge, not in the gateway: the tractor needs it. The [number] bus stops at the bridge on the hour.

Questions

How long will my flowers last?

Most of our bouquets last seven to ten days. Trim the stems, use a clean vase and change the water every other day. Dahlias and sweet peas are a little shorter, about five days.

Do you deliver?

Yes, on Fridays within [10 miles] of the farm. Order by Wednesday at noon. Anywhere else, the farm gate is open Friday to Sunday.

Can I choose the flowers?

You can choose the colours and we will do our best, but the flowers are whatever is ready that week. That is what keeps them fresh.

Do you use floral foam?

Never. We use chicken wire, moss and jars, which all go back into the garden.

Can we visit outside opening hours?

From November to May by appointment: write to us and we will put the kettle on.
